The Winery | Wine tourism at our hotel
Hotel Bodega El Moral has its own modern winery, where some of the grapes from our vineyards at Pago de las Encomiendas Vineyards and Wineries are processed. Following the grape harvest, our wine is produced by fermenting the free-run juice in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
During your stay with us, you will have the opportunity to visit Pago de las Encomiendas Vineyards and Wineries and to combine wine tourism activities with a variety of leisure activities and moments of relaxation.
All the winery visits and wine tourism activities take place at our winery Pago de las Encomiendas, which is 20km from the hotel.
At the winery, not only will you learn about our philosophy regarding the world of wine, but also about the whole winemaking process, from the vine to the bottle. Your visit/activity will end with a tasting of our wines.
